1. Who is responsible for your data

Retesim is operated by Igor Stjelja PR Trgovina preko interneta ADRIO DIGITAL Beograd, a registered business in Serbia (Registration Number/MB: 68756006, Tax ID/PIB: 115929903), registered at Nova 110 17, Beograd (Palilula), 11060, Serbia. We are the data controller for personal data collected through retesim.com in connection with your purchase, account, and support requests.

Contact for privacy questions: support@retesim.com

2. What data we collect

Order data: name, email address, billing address (including country), phone (optional), and order/plan details, collected at checkout.

Contact form data: name, email, optional order number, subject and message, collected when you use our Contact page, along with your explicit consent given via the form’s checkbox.

Account data (if you create an account): email and order history.

Technical data: standard web server logs (such as IP address and browser type), collected automatically as part of running the website.

We do not collect your full payment card details — these are entered directly with our payment provider.

3. Why we collect it

To fulfil your order — process payment, provision your eSIM, and provide support (performance of our contract with you). To determine the correct tax treatment of your order, where legally required (legal obligation / legitimate interest). To respond to your enquiries. To meet legal and accounting obligations, such as invoicing. And, where you give it, such as the consent checkbox on our Contact form.

4. Who we share it with

Our connectivity supplier, who provisions the eSIM/data Plan you purchase and receives the minimum order data needed to do so, acting as a service provider for that purpose.

Our payment provider, Paysera LT, UAB (“Paysera”), a licensed electronic money institution authorised in Lithuania (European Union), which processes your payment and receives the billing and payment data needed to do so. Paysera acts as an independent controller for its own payment and anti-fraud/compliance obligations; see Paysera’s own privacy policy at paysera.com for details of how it handles your data.

Our website and hosting infrastructure providers, who run the site (built on WordPress/WooCommerce) and its underlying servers.

Analytics and advertising providers — Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — only where you have given consent through our cookie banner.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Partner program

We work with partners (for example, hotels and other accommodation providers) who recommend Retesim. If you use a partner’s discount code, or arrive on our site through a partner’s link, we record which partner referred you and associate that partner with the email address used for your order.

We use this only to calculate and pay the partner’s commission on your first purchase and on later purchases made with the same email address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating our partner program. Partners do not receive your email address, name or any other personal data from us — only the number and value of the orders they referred.

If you arrive through a partner link without using a code, we remember the referring partner in a first-party cookie (rtp_ref, 60 days) only if you accept Marketing cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

We keep the partner association for as long as we run the partner program. You can object to it at any time by writing to support@retesim.com, and we will remove it.

6. International processing and our EU representative

Our connectivity supplier and Paysera are established in the European Union/European Economic Area. Where any service provider we use is established outside the EU/EEA or outside Serbia, we rely on that provider’s own contractual and legal safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable) for that processing.

Because Retesim, although established in Serbia, offers Plans to consumers located in the European Union, we may be required under Article 27 of the GDPR to designate a representative in the EU for data-protection purposes. We are reviewing this requirement with our advisers; if a representative is required, their contact details will be published here once appointed.

7. How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as required by applicable Serbian accounting and tax law.

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, then deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@retesim.com. If you are located in the EU/EEA and are not satisfied with our response, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; Serbian residents may contact the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti).

9. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to run the site (for example, to keep items in your cart) and, with your consent, non-essential cookies used for analytics and advertising, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session recordings and heatmaps, with form inputs masked), Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API. You choose which categories to allow via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or at any time using the cookie settings icon in the bottom-left corner of any page. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of cookies, their purpose, retention periods, and how to control them.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
