- Keep the entire code visible and well lit.

Use the supplied LPA code
Your email may also include an LPA code for manual installation.

Common installation situations
If a problem depends on the specific plan or eSIM status, contact us before trying unverified changes.
QR code won’t scan
Show the QR code on another screen, increase its size and brightness, and keep the full image inside the scanner. If available, try the supplied LPA code through your phone’s supported manual option. Contact us if it still fails.
eSIM option isn’t visible
Recheck the exact device model, regional variant and carrier-unlock status. Menu names can vary. Consult the manufacturer or your mobile operator if the Add eSIM option is missing.
Installed but no connection
Confirm that the new eSIM is enabled and selected for mobile data, then follow the instructions supplied with the plan. Contact us for checks that depend on the specific eSIM or destination.
No connection right after installing
Make sure Data Roaming is enabled for your Retesim eSIM line in your device’s network settings. If the connection does not appear immediately after installation, restart your device and try again — this is a general troubleshooting step and is not required for every device.
