1. Accepted payment cards
You can pay for your order on retesim.com with the following payment cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- DinaCard
Card payments are processed by Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd.
2. Currency of payment and conversion
All payments on retesim.com are made in Serbian dinars (RSD).
For payment cards issued outside the Republic of Serbia, the amount is converted into the currency of the cardholder’s account at the exchange rate of the card scheme (Visa or Mastercard). As a result, the final amount shown on your bank statement may differ slightly from the amount shown on our website.
Prices shown in EUR are for information only and are converted at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS). Payment is always charged in Serbian dinars (RSD).
3. Protection of payment card data
When you enter your payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system. The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s pages. Payment card details are never available to our system.
Payment card details are entered exclusively on the secure payment page of the bank, protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Retesim, as the merchant, never has access to your payment card details and does not store them.
All card transactions are additionally protected by 3D Secure technology (Visa Secure and Mastercard ID Check), which confirms your identity with the bank that issued your card.
4. Delivery method
The eSIM is delivered electronically, by email, after your order has been successfully processed. There is no physical delivery and there are no shipping costs.
Your eSIM with the QR code usually arrives in your e-mail within a few minutes after successful payment. If you don’t see it, check your Spam folder or contact us.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to the same payment card that was used for the purchase, in Serbian dinars (RSD). For details, see our Refund Policy.
In the event of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, ADRIO DIGITAL is obliged to make the refund exclusively through the VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
