Is your device eSIM compatible?
Check whether your device supports eSIM before purchasing a plan.
Compatibility depends on your exact device
A phone name alone is not always enough. eSIM availability can vary between model variants, sales regions, software versions and mobile operators.
Always verify your exact model and its specifications before purchasing an eSIM plan.
How to check your phone
Menu names can differ by device and software version. Look for an option to add, download or manage an eSIM.
iPhone
Open Settings and check the Mobile Data or Cellular section for an option such as “Add eSIM.” You can also confirm your exact model in Settings → General → About.
Samsung
Open Settings and look under Connections and SIM management for an “Add eSIM” option. The wording and location may differ between Galaxy models and software versions.
Google Pixel
Open Settings and review the Network & internet or SIM section. Look for an option to add a SIM, download a SIM or set up an eSIM.
Other Android devices
Search your Settings for “eSIM,” “Add SIM,” “Download SIM” or “SIM manager.” Then compare your full model number with the manufacturer’s official specifications.
